Massage Therapy & Acupuncture

RMT & Traditional Care in Surrey

Our registered massage therapists and licensed acupuncturist serve clients across Fleetwood, Surrey and the surrounding region. Each treatment is tailored to your condition — whether you are recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, or seeking preventative care.

Registered Massage Therapy

Targeted soft-tissue treatment performed by a College of Massage Therapists of BC-registered practitioner. Effective for muscle tension, chronic pain, postural imbalances, and injury recovery. RMT receipts provided for extended health insurance claims.

Acupuncture

Traditional Chinese medicine needling to restore energy flow, reduce inflammation, and relieve acute and chronic pain. Commonly used for back and neck pain, migraines, anxiety, insomnia, and digestive issues. Performed by a licensed acupuncturist and herbalist.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage

Gentle, rhythmic technique that stimulates the lymphatic system to reduce swelling, accelerate post-surgical recovery, and support immune function. Particularly effective for edema, fibromyalgia, and clients recovering from cancer treatment or surgery.

Headache & Migraine Care

Cranial, cervical, and soft-tissue massage targeting the root causes of tension headaches and migraines. Addresses trigger points in the neck, scalp, jaw, and shoulders that contribute to recurring headache patterns — without medication.

TMJ & Buccal Facial Therapy

Intra-oral and external facial massage to relieve temporomandibular joint dysfunction, jaw clenching, teeth grinding (bruxism), and facial tension. Especially helpful for clients experiencing jaw pain, ear pressure, or chronic headaches originating from the jaw.

Plantar Fasciitis Treatment

Focused therapeutic massage and soft-tissue work on the foot, arch, and lower leg to relieve heel pain, reduce plantar fascia inflammation, and restore healthy gait. Suitable for runners, people who stand for long hours, and anyone experiencing persistent foot or heel pain.

Gua Sha & Cupping Therapy

Traditional East Asian techniques that break up fascial adhesions, increase local circulation, and accelerate muscle recovery. Gua sha uses a smooth tool to scrape along tissue; cupping uses suction to lift and decompress tight muscles. Both are effective for chronic tension and sports recovery.

Custom Treatment Plans

For clients managing complex or ongoing conditions, we develop multi-session treatment plans that combine techniques from across our services. Plans are reviewed and adjusted as you progress, with clear goals and measurable outcomes built in from the start.

Reflexology & Wellness

Whole-body Wellness in Fleetwood

Complementary therapies focused on relaxation, mobility, and long-term wellbeing — available alongside or independent of RMT care. Ideal for clients seeking stress relief, improved flexibility, or a restorative wellness routine.

Reflexology

Pressure-point therapy applied to the feet, hands, and ears to influence corresponding organs and systems throughout the body. Reflexology supports stress reduction, circulation, and nervous system balance, and is a calming complement to massage and acupuncture care.

FSR Stretch Therapy

Facilitated Stretching and Release (FSR) uses assisted, controlled stretching to improve range of motion, release chronic tightness, and correct muscle imbalances. Effective for athletes, desk workers, and anyone with restricted movement due to repetitive strain or sedentary habits.

Foot Massage

Dedicated therapeutic work on the feet, ankles, and lower legs to relieve soreness, improve circulation, and reduce swelling. Beneficial for people who spend long hours on their feet, experience foot fatigue, or want to complement a reflexology or plantar fasciitis treatment.

Chronic & Acute Pain Relief

Targeted sessions designed for clients managing long-term conditions such as fibromyalgia, arthritis, or repetitive strain injuries, as well as sudden-onset pain from muscle pulls and joint flare-ups. Treatment combines deep tissue, trigger point, and myofascial release techniques as appropriate.

Hot Stone Massage

Smooth heated basalt stones are used alongside hands-on massage to penetrate deeply into tight muscle tissue. The sustained heat helps relax muscles faster than hands alone, making this particularly effective for clients with chronic tension, cold sensitivity, or stress-related muscle tightness.

Hadado Intraoral Facial Massage

An advanced facial massage technique that works both externally and intra-orally to release deeply held tension in the jaw, cheeks, and facial muscles. Clients often report reduced jaw pain, softer facial expression, and improved comfort after bruxism or TMJ-related treatment.

Relaxation Massage

A gentle, full-body Swedish-style massage focused on calming the nervous system, lowering cortisol, and restoring a sense of wellbeing. An excellent starting point for clients new to massage, or for anyone experiencing anxiety, burnout, or stress-related symptoms.

Sports Massage

Performance-focused massage for active individuals and competitive athletes. Pre-event sessions prepare muscles for exertion; post-event sessions flush waste products and speed recovery. Regular sports massage reduces injury risk, improves flexibility, and maintains peak physical condition between training cycles.
